Gotthard Pokorný (1733-1802)


The native of Český brod worked as a music teacher in the city, but he left the city and Brno
became his important place of work. Here, in 1800, he was appointed bandleader in the church of
St. Peter and Paul. Gotthard Pokorný also died in Brno.
