Jozef Miškovský

He was born on March 10, 1859 in Poboří, to the first marriage of his father, Jan Miškovský, and his mother, Marie Aronová, who was the daughter of a farmer from Ratenice.
Jozef Miškovský was a great asset to Český Brod. He established a new bookstore here and published himself. In 1886, his book Peasant Uprising was published in Český Brod, followed by
the book Memorial from 1887.
