Miloš Dvořák (*1942)

A local native and graduate of the Český Brod grammar school, he continued his studies at the
Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University in Prague at the department of auxiliary sciences of
history and archival science, where in 1967 he defended his diploma thesis on the topic of
Municipal librarianship and administration in Český Brod in the 15th century.
Doctor of Philosophy Miloš Dvořák was the first chairman of the Association for the Protection of
Cultural and Historical Monuments of Českébrodsko and he also worked for a long time as a researcher at the Archive hl. city of Prague.
